It can be raced and it can be cruised. It comes in both fixed keel and lifting keel versions. The Sonata is very seaworthy and fast for its size. Sadly, it's no longer built, but Hunter Boats made over 400 Sonatas during a period of about 20 years and you'll find Sonatas all around the UK.
